Terms & conditions

I’m flexible, but please adhere to the terms & conditions. I’m a small, self employed business and try my best to accommodate everyone.

Payments

  • All payments are made at the time of booking.

  • You are free to cancel your sessions at short notice (stuff happens) but if you can let me know in advance, it means I can offer that slot to someone else.

  • Refunds are not available but you can rearrange your session for another time.

  • In the event that I need to cancel a session, you can opt for a refund or have the session moved to another time.

  • Packages are charged monthly, you’ll get an email reminder 7 days prior to monthly renewal if you’d like to cancel.

Session availability

  • While I try to stick to set hours, session availability will change slightly each week due to me working around family commitments.

  • If you can’t find a time / day that suits you, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

  • If additional session times become available, I will update all clients. This is done via a private Whatsapp group that I only I can message in.

  • In the event that I can ever afford a holiday, you’ll have plenty of notice to book your sessions around this.

Subscription packages

  • Subscription packages offer the best value for money.

  • Packages are charged monthly and it is up to clients to book their sessions for that month. Sessions can’t be carried over to the next month.

  • In circumstances where availability is reduced due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I will carry sessions over if I feel like a client is missing out on the value of their package.

PAR-Q & health status

  • When booking a consultation, all clients must fill out a PAR-Q form. If the answer to anything on this form changes, it is your responsibility to notify me immediately.
