Being active during pregnancy has many physical and mental health benefits and is generally safe for most women. But knowing whether it is safe for YOU personally, still leaves many feeling confused and even scared to exercise.
A 2020 review revisited the medical contraindications, in this section we discuss the results of that review and how you can make an informed decision.
