There is no one size fits all!
It is important to point out that there are no one size fits all approaches to exercise during pregnancy or parenthood, provided that you are safe and comfortable.
While some find themselves carrying on as normal, others find themselves with crippling nausea, fatigue and other complications throughout the entirety of their pregnancy.

Pregnancy and parenting is a unique experience.
If something doesn't feel comfortable, stop and do something else.
If nothing is feeling comfortable, stop altogether.
